What the right of withdrawal is
European consumer law gives you 14 days from the purchase to withdraw and obtain a full refund. On GNM-23 it applies to paid purchases: the Full License and version upgrades. The Free Trial is not involved: it is free and requires no withdrawal.
How to submit a request
On the page you see the eligible licenses (purchased within the last 14 days): select the one to refund, write the reason for the request and submit. You can only have one pending request at a time. The refunded amount is what was actually paid for that purchase (full price or upgrade price).
What happens next
The request goes to the team, which processes it within the legal deadlines; you follow its status on this same page and receive a notification with the outcome. Once the refund is issued, the license is revoked and the plugin returns to non-activated mode on the connected devices.
