Under EU Directive 2011/83, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without reason.

  2. Go to "Withdrawal Requests"
  3. Select license and submit

  • License revoked immediately
  • Refund within 14 days to same payment method
  • Paid features deactivated
  • Free Trial remains available

4. Exclusions

  • More than 14 days since purchase
  • License revoked for ToS violation

5. Refund

Full amount (€29 Full, €19 upgrade). No penalties. Via Stripe to original payment method.
