1. Subject

These Terms govern the use of GNM-23 software, a VST3/AU/Standalone plugin for DAWs, and the gnm23.inonda.tv platform. Developed by GianetMedia di Francesco Giannetta.

2. License

Free Trial: free for 90 days, all features. After trial, mute after 60s. 1 device.

Full License (€29): perpetual for v1.x, all minor updates, 3 devices, no limitations.

3. Major Upgrade

Upgrade to new major version at €19. Previous license remains valid.

4. Restrictions

Prohibited: redistribution, decompilation, modification; sharing license key; illegal use. Violation = revocation without refund.

5. Payments

Via Stripe, prices in EUR, VAT included. Electronic invoicing available for Italian customers.

6. Liability

Plugin provided "as is." No liability for indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

Italian law. Competent court: Lecce.
